How long does it take to receive my order?
-It will take around 7-10 days to receive your order once you have placed your order. It all depends on the complexity of your order and mail delivery time.

How will I know what order I am in to have my cup started?
-You are more than welcome to contact us either through the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page or the chat feature in the bottom right corner of the page.

What products can I use on my cup?
-All cups use epoxy and you will be able to choose the colors of the cup, glitter, and designs as well

Can I put a custom picture on my cup?
-Yes you can. You can simply email us at [email protected] and send us he picture you want on your cup and ensure you reference your order number. 

How many people will work on my cup?
-This company is a one man company. 

If I need a refund am I able to request one?
-Clothing items may be refunded upond request within 7 days from receiving the item.
-Cups - may request a refund prior to the start of your cup. Once your cup has been started no refunds will be processed as the materials have already been used.
