Returns and refunds

Returns are not accepted due to contamination issues on cups.

Clothing items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds will only be approved prior to the start of your cup. You may request a refund through our support option on the website. If your cup design has already been started a refund will be denied.

You may request a refund for any merch item within 7 days or ordering the product.
